The company's headquarters are located in the downstream of Nanxi River, a national tourist resort in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, within the Anfeng Industrial Park,Yongjia，Oubei Wenzhou, known as the "Valve Capital of China". Aiming at "becoming a leading enterprise in China's coating industry",  the company has built a second production base in Guacai Village, Sanjiang, Wenzhou, which is known as the "Shanghai Pudong".
